△ General
1) I hold the right to decline any request.
2) Define your use of commissions: Personal or Commercial.
3) No negotiation the price is fixed.
4) Please be patient, I am providing all my clients with a deadline date.
5) No need to credit me if the purpose is personal use, but credit is really appreciated.
6) Please do not request to change my style, or copy another artist's style.
7) Please check the progress page before asking me about the process, I always updated the page.
8) I worked from Sunday to Thursday. Friday and Saturday is an off day.
△ Payment
1) Payment first, Full Payment accepted only.
2) Payment will be accepted through PayPal only.
3) Payment could be held a maximum of 7 days, otherwise your slot will be canceled.
△ Refund and Cancellation
1) No refund, please be 100% sure you want to commission me.
2) You can cancel your slot on the waiting list.
3) If you request a PayPal chargeback after the base sketch is provided, I will decline the chargeback, provide
all the evidence to PayPal, and add you to the block list.
4) You are not allowed to use the commission after refund or cancellation in PayPal chargeback cases.
△ Commercial Commissions
1) You must specify what is the purpose of the illustration.
2) Depending on the purpose, I may charge an extra fee.
3) You must credit me as follows: Batool (batollii).
4) If there is a deadline it must be provided before payment, otherwise, it will consider as having no deadline.
